I was the criteria architect for a shared maintenance facility with ODOT and Wright State University. We analyzed 5 sites. The facility consists of an ODOT equipment barn, shared salt barn, WSU equipment building, outdoor material/recycling area, open barn and mulch and aggregate bins.
